I am a visiting assistant professor at Texas A&M University. I was a post-doctoral researcher at Xerox Research Center, India from February 2016 to December 2016. I received my Ph.D from the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Texas A&M University in December 2015. I worked at the Laboratory for Embedded and Networked Sensor Systems headed by Dr. Radu Stoleru. My research interests are in wireless sensor networks, cyber-physical systems, algorithm and protocol design, graph theory, stochastic systems, and optimization.

Before starting my Ph.D, I worked for about one year at Goldman Sachs Services Pvt. Ltd. in Bangalore, India. I received my B.Tech. degree from the National Institute of Technology, Karnataka, Surathkal, India, in 2009.

My mother, Mrs. Hemavathi, retired as an officer at Canara Bank, Bangalore. My father, Mr. Suresh, retired as a Scientist/Engineer at Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO Satellite Center), Bangalore.
